The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Phnom Penhis the only diplomatic mission of the Republic of Türkiye in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Türkiye and the Kingdom of Cambodia were established on November 7, 1959. Türkiye has a physical diplomatic presence in Cambodia with the Embassy since November 1, 2013. The Embassy has been relocated to its current premise on December 1, 2014 and the official inauguration ceremony was held on March 15, 2015 with the high presence of H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu,Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.

Having Ambassador Mr. İlhan Kemal Tuğ as the first-ever resident Turkish Ambassador to Cambodia, Ambassador Ms. Ayda Ünlü served as the first female TurkishAmbassador to the Kingdom. Ambassador-Designate Mrs. Ülkü Kocaefehas assumed her duties as of July 1, 2022.

The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Phnom Penh maintains and develops relations between Türkiye and Cambodia with goals of building mutual understanding and strong ties between peoples of two countries, while promoting common interests.

H.E. Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia paid a visit to Türkiye, between October 20-22, 2018. H.E. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation paid official visits to Türkiye on October 1-3, 2018 and on February 25-28, 2022.

As a concrete indicator of well-developed relations between Türkiye and Cambodia, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ankara was established in October 2020 and the official inauguration ceremony was held on February 27, 2022, under the auspicious presence of H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and H.E. Prak Sokhonn.
